By making a reservation at Samuels Comfort Homes, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These policies ensure a fair and smooth experience for all our lovely guests.

1. Booking & Payments

• All bookings are confirmed upon reservation or valid contact information.
• We accept Google Pay UPI, online transfers, NEFT Transfer and cash payments at the property.

2. Check-in & Check-out

• Check-in: 12pm
• Check-out: 11am
• Early check-in and late check-out are possible but subject to availability

3. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations can be made anytime before check-in.

4. House Rules

• No smoking inside the guesthouse.
• Pets are not allowed.

5. Liability

Samuels Comfort Homes is not liable for loss or damage to guests’ belongings.

6. Damage to Property

Any damage caused to the room or property by guests will be charged accordingly.
